Cheng & Peng is a full-service intellectual property law firm which has focused on high quality IP services since it was founded in 2013 in Beijing, China. We have secured, licensed, defended, and enforced national and international IP rights for our clients throughout the world. We currently have around 30 people, including 12 patent attorneys, 4 trademark attorneys, and 7 attorneys at law.
Cheng & Peng boasts an extraordinary concentration of elite educational credentials—80% of our attorneys hold a degree from Tsinghua/Peking University, China's equivalent of Oxbridge. All our attorneys are fluent in both English and Chinese and are drafting patents in either language. 70% of our PCT applications are drafted and prosecuted in English.
